Sales & Returns
Keria Prod reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the prices applied will be those communicated at the time of order placement. Product prices are in euros and include all applicable taxes, excluding packaging and shipping fees, which are specified separately.
In the case of a return request, shipping return costs will not be reimbursed. If items are missing or damaged, any claim must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the package. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
To report a defective item, please provide photos before detaching any parts. Upon confirmation from the Seller, the reported product(s) may be returned to Keria Prod. Refunds will only be issued if the declared item and its accessories are returned. Any other item will not be accepted for return.
